Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Any order placed after 3pm EST on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. If you select standard shipping, you can expect delivery 3-5 business days after your order is placed on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast via UPS unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We offer express delivery as well, those orders must be placed by 12:30pm EST to ship out the same day. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. 

If you received your order and it is damaged, please email us at Hello@DemiKapri.com.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS.

We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service.

If for some reason your package is not delivered please first follow up with your local postal service.
